Easy to put on and easily a one coat wonder if you are careful, however this polish chipped like crazy from the moment it dried. Even a top coat wasn't much help. !!! so not happy. I wonder if some super strength basecoat or several layers of basecoat would help it. *sigh*
Let it be known there are several good quality foil finish cool gold tones out there and you need not bother with Pussy Galore at all.
Chi Chi... I am disappointed.
In March 2011 my wallet started hating my new hobby... painting my nails. :o I'm in Australia and love pearly colours especially blues and pale greens.

Chi Chi (mini) - Serial Dater
A beautiful, hot coral with a pinkish sheen and gorgeous pearly finish. Don't take notice of the bubbles, that was from the top coat. Nice formula and brush, went on nicely, but you might notice the tip wear. Yeah well, I did three coats and overnight I already had tip wear!!! No chipping though.

Chi Chi beige world
Not being content with one shade of beige, Chi Chi lashes out with four. Not only these regular size but in their mini range they also have one I think they called High Heeled Wife.
These colours are called (L to R) - I don't gossip so listen, Put your paws up, I don't do housework, I don't do dishes.
HAHA!
Sorry for the bad photo, little did I know that Android's app would resize it to micro!

Chi Chi (mini) - She Bangs
The thing with these Chi Chi minis is that some of the colours are similar to the regular bottles, but have different names. Peculiar. Two bites of the apple, perhaps?
Now, I actually wore this one prior to the last jade colour (Mavala) that I posted, but it took me a while to dig out these photos. I've tried to tone the photos to be as true to life as possible. This colour is what I would call vermillion, or perhaps a fluro red also. It makes me think of the red traffic cones. Very stark, very striking. I loved wearing this colour. Rich orangey tones. It had a demi matte finish, but I glossed it up with Sally Hansen Mega Shine on top. It was easy to apply, and after waging war with several colours in a row (exhausting) it was SO NICE to finally reach a colour that would just do its thing.
It is pure creme, there is absolutely no shimmer, glitter, flecking or anything. I've tried to assemble a little montage of red things in the last pic for a comparison, but under my desk lamp I think it was hard for my camera to deal with all the reds. :-)
I cannot stress how much fun I had with this colour. I got a few comments for it, but not as much as I did for the Mavala 'Aquamarine'. Ciao bella! Til next time!

Chi Chi (mini) - Booty-Licious
It's jade with pink, silver and green micro shimmer. Very attractive in the bottle. True to colour for the bottle. But sadly, a little clunky to get on the nail. I've had better experiences with other Chi Chi. Maybe this bottle was old? My right hand is lumpy as I tried to stroke on the colour evenly. Oh yeah, dragging colour and bald patches. Very annoying to apply.
But I have had 3 compliments today and another one the first day I put it on. Wearing is nice, Chi Chi seem to make good, tough polishes. At least, the ones I've had to far. The photo of the bottle is the closest colour match.

Chi Chi - Cat Fight and b Collection - Chicago
A long time ago I had a Tuesdays Girl nail polish (UK brand) that was only purple iridescent. It looked like a transparent grey until it reflected sunlight and then you could see a great electric violet. Well, I had been waiting for something like that to come back and here it is, except that the Chi Chi version is far more visible in ordinary light. It's quite sheer and I put in 3 coats.
Now there was a hot Chanel shade of the moment called Paradoxal which could lead you to get this Chi Chi and be horribly disappointed. Paradoxal comes on warm grey and reflects violet. But I have found Australis has a limited edition duplicate, which funny enough they just call Limited Edition 1.
Anyways... shortly after I painted on a semi circle of b Collection's Chicago which is a silvery purple glitter. b Collection is Bloom's cheap version of itself for Target. The bottles are cheaper material, the brush is not as good and I daresay the polish itself is made of cheaper product. The colours however are clones of ones available in the Bloom range (another Aussie brand) but are called names of cities. Bloom's range are called girls' names. I think Chicago's alter ego is Catherine. It's still pretty tremendous though, a highly condensed glitter, goes on very chunky. I'm quite fond of the texture and prefer it without a top coat.
It's quite unfortunate that the Brisbane polish is a really unpalatable pink. It seems the b website does not have a colour chart.
